Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade to All-Access or downgrade back to pay-per-course at any time from your account billing page — changes apply on your next billing cycle.
What happens to my progress if I cancel All-Access?
You keep certificates and completion records for anything you finished. You’ll lose access to courses you haven’t purchased individually.
Do you offer refunds?
Single courses can be refunded within 14 days if you’ve completed less than 20% of the material. All-Access is refundable within 7 days of the first charge.
Is there a student or educator discount?
Yes — email support@onlinelms.test with a valid school email for 30% off All-Access.
