These Terms & Conditions (« Terms ») govern your use of Online LMS (« we », « our », « us ») and the courses, content, and services available on our platform. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using onlinelms.test, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Course Access & License

When you purchase a single course, you receive a lifetime, non-transferable license to access that course for personal, non-commercial learning. When you subscribe to All-Access or Team, your access to the course library continues only while your subscription remains active.

• Course materials, videos, and downloads remain the intellectual property of Online LMS and its instructors
• You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share course content
• Certificates of completion are personal to the account that earned them

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.

• Single-course purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed
• All-Access and Team subscriptions are refundable within 7 days of the first charge
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account billing page

5. Instructor Content & Intellectual Property

Instructors retain ownership of the courses they create and grant Online LMS a license to host, distribute, and promote that content on the platform. All trademarks, logos, and platform content not created by instructors belong to Online LMS.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account or course access with anyone else
• Copy, record, or redistribute course videos or materials
• Upload harmful, infringing, or unlawful content
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time; purchased single-course licenses remain available for download of your certificate for 30 days after account closure.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation Of Liability

Courses are provided « as is » for educational purposes and do not guarantee any particular outcome, job placement, or certification recognition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online LMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Online LMS is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or through a notice on the platform before the changes take effect.
